Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel a subscription before the next billing date to prevent future charges. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges.

2. Usage-Limited Digital Service

PauseThePitch provides a digital, usage-limited service. Because reports and checks can be consumed immediately, payments for used checks, previously purchased extra checks, and completed report generation are generally non-refundable.

3. Refund Requests

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for duplicate charges, billing errors, technical failures that prevent access to purchased usage, or other exceptional circumstances. To request help, contact support within 14 days of the charge.

4. Previously Purchased Extra Checks

PauseThePitch no longer offers bulk extra-check packs. Previously purchased extra checks stay available until used and are generally non-refundable once checks are used. The 99¢ One Deep Check is a one-time purchase and stays available until used unless the posted billing policy says otherwise.

4A. Rollover

Unused paid monthly plan checks roll over for 30 days, up to the current paid plan's monthly allowance. Free plans do not accrue rollover. One-time Deep Checks and previously purchased extra checks stay available until used unless the posted billing policy says otherwise.

5. Plan Changes

Plan upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations may be handled through the customer billing portal or by contacting support. Any proration, credits, or billing adjustments may depend on payment processor settings and the timing of the change.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, access to paid features may be limited, suspended, or canceled until payment is resolved.
