1. What PauseThePitch Provides

PauseThePitch provides a web-based software tool that helps users analyze online business, course, side-hustle, coaching, tool, and income-related pitches for claims, costs, risks, missing proof, and practical next steps before making a purchase decision.

2. Informational Use Only

Reports and related output are provided for informational, personal research, and decision-support purposes only. PauseThePitch does not provide financial, legal, tax, investment, business, medical, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions, purchases, tests, research, and results.

3. No Guarantees

PauseThePitch does not guarantee that any report, source, creator, business model, course, tool, claim, recommendation, or analysis is accurate, complete, profitable, safe, lawful, or suitable for you. AI and automated research can misunderstand context, miss details, summarize incorrectly, rely on incomplete sources, or produce errors.

4. Claims, Not People

PauseThePitch analyzes claims and available information. We do not determine whether any person is a scammer, fraud, criminal, or bad actor. You agree not to use reports to harass, defame, threaten, impersonate, dox, or target any person or business.

5. User Content

You are responsible for content you submit, paste, upload, or provide. Do not submit private information, confidential materials, unlawful content, or content you do not have the right to use. You grant PauseThePitch permission to process submitted material to provide reports and operate the service.

6. Transcript and Content Storage

Full transcripts are used during analysis and are not stored with saved reports. Saved reports may include final analysis, metadata, source links, diagnostics, limited previews, and user-provided notes. Users should not submit copyrighted, confidential, or private content unless they have the right to do so.

7. Report License

Reports are provided solely for your personal research and decision-support purposes. You may not reproduce, publish, resell, sublicense, distribute, scrape, compile, train models on, or commercially exploit reports or report output without prior written permission from PauseThePitch.

8. Plans, Usage, and Add-Ons

Plans and add-ons are usage-limited. Unused checks may expire, reset, or be limited according to the plan terms shown at purchase. Add-ons require a paid monthly plan unless otherwise stated. No plan includes unlimited usage unless expressly stated in writing.

9. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew until canceled. You are responsible for keeping your billing information current. Billing, payment processing, failed payments, invoices, and disputes may be handled by Stripe or another payment processor.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse the service, bypass usage limits, reverse engineer the service, scrape the service, interfere with service operation, submit unlawful content, use the service for harassment or defamation, or use reports for unlawful or harmful purposes.

11. Service Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may modify, suspend, discontinue, limit, or update the service at any time. We are not responsible for downtime, delays, third-party outages, unavailable APIs, search limitations, or AI provider errors.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PauseThePitch is not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, business losses, purchase decisions, reliance on reports, platform actions, creator disputes, or indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
